WCD Proposes Fee Schedule Rules, Tweak to MCO Regs

The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division proposes rules to update fee schedules for 2024 and tweak requirements for managed care organizations. The division proposes adopting new medical billing codes and Current Procedural Terminology codes published by the American Medical Association.
