Facts: John Hay worked for United Central. He allegedly injured his back in October 2019 while lifting a heavy hose. He went to a MedExpress clinic, and a doctor completed a report of injury that indicated an occupational injury to Hay's lumbar spine aggravated his degenerative disc disease.
