Two Plead Guilty in Topical Cream Schemes

Two Mississippi men pleaded guilty in federal court in Hattiesburg on Tuesday for their roles in a multi-million-dollar compounding pharmacy health care fraud conspiracy. Jason May, 40, of Lamar County pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit health care fraud and money laundering, WDAM television reported. Gerald Jay Schaar, 46, of Biloxi pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit health care fraud. Sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 17.
