QME Claims DWC Exceeded Statutory Authority in Denying Recertification

Alleged billing errors do not give the Division of Workers’ Compensation authority to deny applications for recertification as a qualified medical evaluator, according to the latest complaint filed against the agency over its efforts to enforce the Medical-Legal Fee Schedule.
