Labor Department to Host Hearing on Changes to Fee Schedule

The South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation will host a public hearing May 15 on proposed changes to the workers' compensation fee schedule. Changes to Rule 47:03:05 add references to the most current version of the relative values manual used by the department. The changes also revise the conversion factors for certain medical procedures to increase reimbursement. The hearing begins at 10 a.m. in the Sharpe Conference Room, 123 W.
