Conn., N.Y. Post New Rules on Medical Exams; Other States Adjust to Virus

The COVID-19 adjustments continue for workers' compensation agencies and courts. Connecticut: The Workers' Compensation Commission has issued new rules for respondent medical examinations (RMEs) and commissioner's medical exams (CMEs) that can now be done remotely. In a memo posted Wednesday, the commission chairman said the decision to conduct an exam by telemedicine will be made by the doctor.
