Alternative Service Concepts, a third-party administrator of workers' compensation, property and liability claims, has promoted two workers to the positions of claim manager and assistant vice president.
Tracy Petty will step in as the company's new assistant vice president, according to a Thursday press release. Petty, who was formerly the company's director of injury management, will be tasked with overseeing individual claim offices and ensuring best practices in managing claims.
