The California Division of Workers’ Compensation updated the durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics and supplies section of the Official Medical Fee Schedule to incorporate changes made by Medicare.
The division said the revised DMEPOS section of the fee schedule incorporates the Medicare January 2024 annual update to its durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics and supplies fee schedule.
The updated section will apply to services provided on or after Jan. 1.
