The California State Compensation Insurance Fund will be downsizing its Bakersfield office through layoffs and is planning on closing four offices in 2012, according to a report by the Bakersfield Californian.A spokeswoman for State Fund said the carrier doesn't know the exact number of employees who will be laid off in Bakersfield.
