Assembly Passes Social Worker MPN, Pest Control Coverage Bills

The California Assembly unanimously passed bills that would require that injured workers have access to the services of licensed clinical social workers and mandate that pest control contractors show proof of comp coverage to maintain their registration. The full Assembly on Thursday voted 76-0 to pass SB 1002, by Sen. Anthony Portantino, D-La Canada Flintridge.
