Court Upholds Award to BWC From Provider Who Overbilled

An Ohio appellate court upheld an award of damages to the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation from a vocational rehabilitation specialist who had overbilled for his services. From September 2011 to April 2015, Thomas Price operated as a certified vocational rehabilitation specialist for the Bureau of Workers' Compensation.
