State Website Helps Businesses Meet Comp Requirements

The State of Delaware has rolled out a new website to make it easier to meet requirements for starting a new business. Called Delaware One Stop, the core functions of the site include business license registration with the Division of Revenue, hiring reporting through the Division of Unemployment Insurance, and coverage verification with the Office of Workers’ Compensation.  The state requires employers with one or more employees to carry workers' compensation insurance, the site notes.
