The New York Workers’ Compensation Board would be required to translate forms and informational documents, under a pair of bills introduced in the state Legislature.
Senate Bill 7843, by Sen. Jessica Ramos, D-Queens, and identical companion measure Assembly Bill 8791, by Assemblywoman Nily Rozic, D-Flushing, would require the board to translate all documents it publishes that injured workers fill out.
