Failure to Name Predecessor as Defendant Causes Board to Lose Jurisdiction Over Appeal

The Kentucky Court of Appeals ruled that an employer’s failure to name a worker’s prior employer as a defendant in its appeal caused the Workers’ Compensation Board to lose jurisdiction over the matter.
