Nominating Committee Accepting Applications for ALJs

The Workers’ Compensation Nominating Committee is accepting applications to fill two administrative judge positions in the Kentucky Department of Workers’ Claims. Judges will serve a term beginning Jan. 1 and expiring Dec. 31, 2027. Applicants must be licensed attorneys with a minimum of five years of experience in the state practicing workers’ compensation law or a related field.
