Pharmacy benefit management company Express Scripts announced Thursday it has warned members and clients of a “potential large data breach” tied to a letter from someone trying to extort money from the company "by threatening to expose millions of the company's patients' records."The St. Louis, Mo.-based company reported the letter, received in early October, included personal information of 75 members, including their names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, and in some cases, prescription information.Express Scripts said it has notified the affected members and als...
