The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation would be allowed to conduct benefit review conferences by video conference under a bill the state House of Representatives passed Thursday.
The House passed HB 1752, by Rep. Tom Oliverson, R-Cypress, which would give the division more flexibility when scheduling benefit review conferences. A vote tally was not immediately available on the Legislature’s website.
