Welder Arraigned on Felony Workers' Compensation Fraud Charges

A welder from Sacramento was arraigned on two felony counts of workers’ compensation fraud for allegedly misrepresenting symptoms of a head injury, the California Department of Insurance announced. Ahmad Z. Noori, 41, said he suffered severe amnesia and had difficulty with daily functions of living including speaking, walking and driving as a result of a head injury he sustained July 16, 2019.
