The Montana Department of Labor and Industry has announced new workers’ compensation rates for the next fiscal year.
The department has approved $849 as the maximum weekly compensation rate from July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021, for temporary total disability and permanent total disability benefits, according to a news release.
