9th Circuit Denies Rehearing for Lien-Activation Fee Challenge

The U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has denied reconsideration of its prior finding that California's lien-activation fee passes constitutional muster, leaving a group of plaintiffs led by Angelotti Chiropractic with the U.S. Supreme Court as their last recourse.
