VIAW and CAAA File New Suit against Rating Schedule

VotersInjuredatWork.org and the California Labor Federation filed suit in the California Supreme Court on Friday challenging the new Permanent Disability Rating Schedule adopted by the Division of Workers' Compensation. VIAW and CAAA join the California Labor Federation in petitioning the Supreme Court to block the regulations.
