A former postal worker and his wife are charged in a three-count indictment with defrauding the federal government to obtain workers' compensation and Veteran's Administration benefits, according to a report in the Buffalo News Thursday.
A federal grand jury indicted 57-year-old Richard Klaffka and his wife, 61-year-old Cathleen, both of Holland, New York, with mail fraud, wire fraud and conspiracy to commit mail fraud, the newspaper reported.
