WCB Partners With Bar to Provide Free Legal Services to Injured Workers

The New York State Workers’ Compensation Board launched the Injured Workers Legal Assistance Project in partnership with the New York State Bar Association to help injured workers obtain medical treatment. Injured workers can complete an online form from the Bar Association to request a match to a member attorney who will represent workers on a pro bono basis in certain work comp claims.
