The owner of an employment agency was ordered to pay more than $150,000 in restitution as part of her sentence for a workers’ compensation premium fraud scheme, federal prosecutors in Massachusetts announced.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office said Dam Ngoc Luong, 70, owned and operated Four Seasons Temp. Inc. from 2015 through 2019. She allegedly failed to pay taxes on more than $14 million in income and paid workers more than $12 million in cash under the table without withholdings.
