OWCP Reviews Info Collection for Black-Lung Claims

As part of a paperwork reduction effort, the federal Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs is inviting comment on the necessity of two forms used in coal miners’ claims for black lung benefits. A miner who applies for black lung benefits must complete the CM-911 application form, which gives basic identifying information about the applicant and begins the claim process.
