Advisory Committee to Discuss Rule-Making

Idaho’s Advisory Committee on Workers’ Compensation will discuss rules relating to the calculation of average weekly wages and attorney fees for Medicare set-asides during a May 9 meeting. Members will hear a report on a subcommittee analyzing whether the process used to determine a worker’s average weekly wage should be changed.
