The Arkansas Court of Appeals ruled that a 95-year-old who assembled a construction crew was the employer of a worker who was injured in a fall from a ladder. Case: Graves v. Hopper, No. CV-17-254, 03/07/2018, published. Facts: Timothy Hopper fell from a ladder in August 2013 while working on a construction crew.
