The Oregon Senate Committee on Workforce will hear testimony today on bills that would increase permanent disability benefits, extend term limits for members of the labor-management advisory panel and allow the state to appoint claims handlers for decertified self-insured employers.
House Bill 2337 would increase the cap on permanent partial disability benefits to 133% of the state’s average weekly wage, from 100%.
