CMS Expands Time Frame for MSA Re-Review to Six Years

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has expanded its process for revisiting Medicare set-aside amounts that it has approved — a tool that’s been credited with giving workers’ comp claims another shot at settlement.
