An Ohio appellate court denied an employer’s request for relief from a temporary total disability award to an employee to whom it had offered light-duty work. Case: State ex rel. Jeld-Wen Inc. v. Industrial Commission, No. 21AP-357, 07/27/2023, published. Facts: Steven A. Totten worked for Jeld-Wen Inc., a self-insured employer.
