Queensbury Agent Charged with Stealing Premiums

A Queensbury, N.Y. insurance agent has been charged with stealing money he collected from a couple to secure life insurance, disability insurance and annuity life insurance policies, state Attorney General Andrew Cuomo announced Tuesday.Cuomo said Marvullo convinced the couple he could sell them annuity policies that would yield a high-interest rate and collected $26,100 in checks made out directly to him.
