The law license of a Tavernier, Fla., attorney was suspended for 90 days beginning in May based on allegations by the Florida Bar that he failed to return telephone calls and otherwise assist a workers' compensation client.According to a news report in the North County Gazette, a New York newspaper, and court records filed with the Florida Supreme Court, James Eric Hack drew a 90-day suspension on April 21.
