The Delaware Office of Workers' Compensation (OWC) announced new maximum and minimum weekly benefits that took effect on Monday.Donna Forrest, medical component manager for OWC, said the rates are determined by Delaware's average weekly wage, which was set at $967.52 for calendar year 2011.The maximum workers' compensation rate was adjusted to $645.01, effective July 2.
