U.S. Supreme Court Denies Worker's Challenge to PD Rating

The United States Supreme Court will not be reviewing a self-represented worker's challenge to her permanent disability rating. Grazyna Kozak, a chemist for the Quidel Corp., suffered injuries to her wrists, back and psyche between 2000 and 2001. After a hearing, at which she received the assistance of counsel, a workers' compensation judge made findings as to the level of her permanent disability, the injury to her psyche and the need for further medical treatment.
