OWC Implementing Legislative Change to Hospital Fees

Delaware Gov. Jack Markell has signed legislation that will change the way hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers are reimbursed for treating injured workers beginning on Jan. 1.The Delaware Office of Workers' Compensation (OWC) said Markell signed Senate Bill 238 into law on Aug. 7.
