More than a year after pleading guilty to defrauding the federal workers' compensation system, a Dallas-area lawyer with roots in Zimbabwe has been disbarred.
The state Board of Disciplinary Appeals, which is appointed by the state Supreme Court, last week announced that it had suspended the license of Tshombe Anderson after he was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
