Prefiled Bill Would Create Joint Committee to Look at Division's Fairness, Compliance

A Missouri state representative has prefiled a bill that would create a joint committee between both houses of the state’s General Assembly to investigate biases, fraud and noncompliance in the Division of Workers’ Compensation and make an annual report to the General Assembly.
