Voc-Rehab Providers Required to Attend Sept. Conference

The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry has opened registration for its Rehabilitation Provider Update Conference, to be held Sept. 18 in St. Paul.

Participants don’t have to actually go to St. Paul to attend: Presentations will be broadcast live online using the WebEx system, and a recorded video will be available from Sept. 20 to Oct. 13.

WebEx simulcast participants will be able to send questions via a “chat box” during presentations, and will receive PowerPoint presentations and registration forms via email.

All qualified rehabilitation consultants and QRC interns are required to attend the event or view it online. Attendance costs $75. The live event is limited to 150 attendees.
