The Beacon Mutual Insurance Co., a Rhode Island mutual workers’ compensation insurer, has named Brian Spero as president and chief executive officer effective July 1.
Spero will succeed James Rosati, who is retiring after serving as the company’s president for more than 10 years.
Rajani Mahadevan, Beacon’s vice president of information systems, will succeed Spero as chief operating officer.
