A divided City Council in the town of David City, Neb. has voted to accept a low bid from the League Association of Risk Management, or LARM, for the city’s three-year general liability insurance contract. The LARM contract for $116,994 was roughly $30,000 less than proposals from two other bidders, Jones Insurance and Agency One.LARM, a self-insurance pool operated by the League of Nebraska Municipalities, has 90 members across the state.
