Judicial Nominating Commission Selects Riggs as Candidate for High Court Spot

Former workers’ compensation administrative law judge Roger Riggs is one of three candidates Kentucky’s Judicial Nominating Commission has selected as a potential replacement for former state Supreme Court Justice Will T. Scott, according to an Associated Press report published by WBKO. Scott resigned from the high court in January to seek the Republican nomination for this year’s gubernatorial election.
