DCBS Adopts NCCI Statistical Plan Changes

The Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services adopted rules implementing two changes that the National Council on Compensation Insurance made to its Statistical Plan for Workers’ Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance, ending some pandemic policies. The revised NCCI statistical plan rolls back the COVID-19-era suspension of field audit requirements and eliminates provisions excluding COVID-19 claims from employers’ experience ratings.
