An office worker who asserted multiple claims for repetitive trauma to her wrists from typing did not have to show her condition had changed or worsened to open a new claim, because every new exposure counts as a new injury, a Florida appellate court ruled.Last week, the 1st District Court of Appeal ruled that Rebecca Rose did not need to show a change in her condition since her claim was based on repetitive stress and every new exposure to this trauma was a new "accident" for purposes of workers' compensation.Mark G.
