EOHHS Seeks to Update Rules on Surgery, Radiology, Dentistry, Anesthesia

The Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services will hold two public hearings on May 12 about replacing rules on surgery, anesthesia, chiropractic services, radiology and dental services, the agency announced. The first hearing, which begins at 10 a.m., will discuss the adoption of the following rules: 101 CMR 316.00: Surgery and Anesthesia. 101 CMR 317.00: Medicine. 101 CMR 318.00: Radiology.
