Court Boosts Injured Worker's Tort Recovery by $262,940.75

A Louisiana appellate court ruled that a worker who suffered permanent injuries from a fall from the walkway of a ship was entitled to an additional $262,940.75 in damages to account for the extent of his pain and suffering, as well as for the actual amount of his medical bills.
