Sean Cooper Named WCIRB Executive Vice President, Chief Actuary

Sean Cooper was named executive vice president and chief actuary at the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California to succeed Dave Bellusci, who retired after 33 years with the bureau. Cooper will serve as a member of the WCIRB senior leadership team and lead the actuarial and research departments and their functions.
