Governor's Office: State RTW Program Reaches Milestone

July marked the first month that the Kentucky Personnel Cabinet's Return-to-Work Program saw more workers returning to modified-duty positions than recovering at home, Gov. Matt Bevin's office announced.  The program aims to get state employees back to work faster.
