Doctor Charged with Toxicology Billing Fraud Holds Nearly $1 Million in Liens

An alleged overbilling scheme involving urine toxicology reports cost California workers' compensation carriers less than $100,000, but the doctor and his companies charged with fraud also have filed nearly $1 million in liens, according to Electronic Data Management System data.
