A U.S. district judge in Maryland has sentenced a Baltimore woman for making false statements to obtain federal employee compensation benefits, according to a U.S. Attorney’s Office release.
Colette Lee, of Baltimore, was sentenced to 18 months' confinement, followed by three years of supervised release and must pay $244,912.65, the amount of loss incurred by the U.S. Postal Service and the federal Department of Agriculture as the result of her actions.
