Speaker Appoints Employer Representative to CHSWC

California Assembly Speaker John A. Peréz appointed Dan Bagan to serve as an employer representative on the Commission on Health and Safety and Workers’ Compensation.Bagan is the west region risk manager for UPS and serves on the board of directors for the California Coalition on Workers’ Compensation. He is also a member of the Workers’ Compensation Action Network and the United Way’s Alexis de Tocqueville Society.His term expires Dec. 31, 2017.CHSWC meets next on Aug. 7 at the Elihu Harris State Building in Oakland.
